Coffee Bar

My wonderful wife loves coffee so she had kindly nudged me for a while about how nice a coffee bar would be. She found a few ideas from Pinterest so I settled in one day to craft my own design based on some of the ones she liked. I was pretty happy with it. A very fun project and even more satisfying when the one you love has joy in her heart over what you have made for her.

Here is a photo of the same coffee bar a few months down the road. Sometimes these little journeys are an evolution. We also added some overhead storage for coffee, tea, and other items necessary for a full-on coffee bar experience. I feel my wife regretted painting the majority of the coffee bar white, even though she stained the top with a clear satin. She also probably knows I would make her another one if she asked.
